Tenant Onboarding

Create a clean tenant workspace, assign access, load initial data, and confirm users can build or view dashboards.

  1. Open Tenants.
  2. Create the tenant with a clear business name.
  3. Assign users or groups according to your access policy.
  4. Select the new tenant.
  5. Add initial data sources in the Data Fabric.
  6. Create or copy starter dashboards.
  7. Confirm jobs finish successfully.
  8. Ask a pilot user to sign in and verify the workspace.
  9. Add alert rules or schedules only after the core workflow works.

Do not onboard a tenant in the wrong environment. Check both selectors before creating data.

Do not start with too many dashboards. A small, verified starter set is easier for users to trust.

Do not skip the pilot login. A workspace that looks correct to an administrator can still have missing user access, hidden dashboards, or an initial scope that does not contain the intended tenant.
