Rokks groups the app by workflow. The left navigation moves between data, dashboards, operations, administration, and personal settings. The top header shows scope, assistant access, the Manual drawer, and page-level actions.

The active view controls the center workspace. Dashboards and collections are resource pages, while administration pages are fixed tools. The Manual drawer follows the active view and opens the most relevant documentation page when one exists.

  1. Use Data Fabric when you need to connect, load, repair, or inspect data.
  2. Use Dashboards when you need to build or present analysis.
  3. Use Operations pages for jobs, alerts, backups, monitoring, and service health.
  4. Use Administration pages for settings, identity, tenants, taxonomy, and styles.
  5. Use Me pages for personal preferences and account settings.
  6. Click Manual in the header for contextual documentation.

Do not configure a data source from a dashboard widget. Widgets consume prepared sources; source ownership lives in the Data Fabric.

Do not troubleshoot a stuck spinner from the dashboard alone. Open the Job Queue or Monitoring pages to see whether background work is still active.
